Hello Friend!

My name is Orion, in my 20’s I struggled with being overweight and addicted to junk food.

Despite being active, my weight would always yo-yo.

Furthermore, I started to develop chronic stomach pain, joint inflammation, and skin issues.

To my surprise, my metabolic distress was stemming from the junk food I was consuming.

Switching from the standard American Diet to a protein centric, low-carbohydrate, healthy-fat diet was a life-saving game changer.

The dietary shift to animal-based foods relieved my health issues and set me on the path toward optimal health.

Since then, I have dedicated my life to guiding others.

I became a fitness and nutrition coach in 2005 and opened my own CrossFit gym in 2009.

For 20 years I have helped 1000’s of people lose weight, gain muscle, and feel amazing!
